Feb 12, 2010 - Well if this is true I don't think even all the DDS know. I know 3 who had no problems using amalgam even getting an amalgam filling themselves. They must believe it does no harm. I'm glad you made this video maybe some DDS will see it. Thanks for spreading the word I have learnt so much from youtube.
abby495 Says:
Feb 12, 2010 - Really? I didn't know that. But dentristry has come a long way. I think the main problem is DMO's don't explain the options or pros & cons of amalgam clearly. They just recommend Amalgam because it lasts longer. It should be explained. I remember an elderly couple who told us that after they had their mercury replaced their health improved drastically. Maybe there is truth to what they say.

Feb 14, 2010 - Do a search for this... MERCURY: Influences on Body ChemistryIt talks specifically about mercury lowering body temperature and slowing body metabolism causing weight gain.Mercury causes disruption to all the metabolic processes of the body.A great article!

Feb 14, 2010 - last time I went to a DDS (in the Phoenix area) I specificly told "her" that I did not want amalgam filling as I already have too many and was going to have them removed, when the filling was done and I got home and looked in the mirror - yep you guessed it - AMALGAM .... AAARGH what am I supposed to do , I have been getting these types of fillings since 1975, and have 10 of these, I am now 40 years old and I'm sure they are doing me harm. :(
davidkennedydds Says:
Feb 15, 2010 - @hunter69denys Sue her. That is no different than assault or rape. You said do this and she did that. That isn't right. Toxic tort is what I'd call it. she hit you with mercury. People have been charged with attempted murder for using less mercury than you got packed in your tooth by that arrogant dentist.
mcarthurwallace Says:
Feb 16, 2010 - so are amalgam fillings the silver ones? what about the white ones and what are the differences?
davidkennedydds Says:
Feb 16, 2010 - @mcarthurwallace Yes they are not really silver. Dentists call them that in order to sell mercury fillings while people don't know they've really bought time-release mercury implants. The other fillings are pretty benign but now the idiots have begun to add time-release fluoride in enormous amounts especially to varnish. Just say no to toxic teeth and go find a dentist who has taken their profession seriously enough to get adequate toxicology training.

Feb 17, 2010 - It's not just mercury amalgams we have to worry about.root canals & cavitations from wrongly extracted teeth can be just has bad if not worse
davidkennedydds Says:
Feb 17, 2010 - @bamptonbred You are correct. See ROOTED on youtube for the root canal info.
bamptonbred Says:
Feb 17, 2010 - I recently been told i may need a root canal, but i know they can cause problems..im not sure what to do, has it is a front tooth so i dont want it extracted..i have read implants are bad aswell
davidkennedydds Says:
Feb 17, 2010 - @bamptonbred When grandma dies you've only got two choices. 1. Dispose of the body (pull it) 2. Have her stuffed and put her in her rocker by the fireplace (root canal)Your choice but I am certain grandma will soon begin to deteriorate and smell bad. The same is true of root canals. All root canals tested so far fill up with bad bacteria and leak toxins. If you know that and go ahead then you must accept the responsibility. It is that simple.I don't Implants either.

Mar 1, 2010 - I have just removed 9 silver amalgam two weeks ago and replace it with safe fillings...it cost me about $ 140 including cleaning .... but it is here in the Philippines.
davidkennedydds Says:
Mar 1, 2010 - Excellent! There is a chapter of the IAOMT in the Philippines too. Some very conscientious dentists there as well. Did you watch "Safer Amalgam Removal" and did they follow the patient protections procedures?
Henrik1966 Says:
Mar 1, 2010 - PLEASE NOTE!!!Removal of amalgam silver fillings should always be carried out according to the rules laid out by the IAOMT!

Mar 15, 2010 - You don't do root canals and extract instead, you don't believe in fluoride, and you don't believe in implants. You probably don't do crowns either b/c there's a chance of requiring a prophylactic RCT which you don't believe in. Only fillings are left because you probably refer cleanings to periodontists eh? You must be retired.
davidkennedydds Says:
Mar 16, 2010 - Actually you are pretty close to right. Keep watching for my next video "BadBugs". I gave up doing perio surgery when we found out that the cause of gum disease was a mixed bacterial or parasitic infection. When we treat the infection with topical antiseptics or if one celled animals are present a combination of antiseptics and antibiotic both in gums and systemically simultaneously there was no need for surgery. Gums healed up beautifully. Crowns only when needed by the condition of the tooth.

Mar 21, 2010 - I had my silver and gold fillings removed, but now I know that it was not done correctly to protect me or the dentist from this gas. How do you know what you are getting? Now I have some porcelain crowns They are metal inside and have a gold post because my teeth were over worked by other dentist. Do these have mercury too? What do you ask for - is there a better product?
davidkennedydds Says:
Feb 9, 2010 - Just to name one of the many side effects. Go watch Linda Brocatto's video where she explains how her life was ruined at 23 and until she got her amalgams removed the doctors told her she was doomed. She is not well but she has stopped declining and now has some hope of recovery.
